Refusal to fulfill an individual order
The Customer has the right to refuse to fulfill an individual order in accordance with the procedure and on the terms provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
If the Customer refuses to fulfill the order after work has begun, the Contractor has the right to deduct from the funds paid by the Customer the amount of actual expenses incurred that are directly related to the fulfillment of this order.
Such expenses, depending on the stage of order execution, may include costs for materials and accessories purchased for the manufacture of the product, the development and adjustment of patterns, design, cutting, sewing, handwork, decoration, as well as other work actually performed and expenses incurred that are directly related to the execution of a specific order.
The remaining amount of money, if any, after the actual expenses incurred by the Contractor have been deducted, shall be returned to the Customer in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Return and exchange of the finished product
The product is of proper quality, manufactured according to the Customer’s individual measurements and has individually defined properties, as a result of which it can be used exclusively by the Customer; it is not subject to return or exchange, except in cases provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Product adjustment
If the need to make adjustments arises due to an error by the Contractor in the manufacture of the product, the necessary adjustments are carried out by the Contractor without additional payment from the Customer.
If the need to make adjustments arises for reasons beyond the Исполнителя’s control, including due to changes in the Customer’s body measurements after they have been taken or provided, the Customer providing incorrect measurements, or a change in the previously agreed requirements for the product, the additional work is paid for separately by the Customer.
The costs of delivering and shipping the product related to eliminating defects that arose due to the Исполнителя’s fault are borne by the Исполнителя. In other cases, the costs of delivering and shipping the product are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
The Customer has the right to refuse to fulfill an individual order in accordance with the procedure and on the terms provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

In other cases, the costs of delivering and shipping the product are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
– The consumer has the right to refuse the product at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the product - within 7 days;
– We will refund the full value of the product (or the difference in value in case of an exchange).
– To make a refund or exchange, it is necessary that the returned goods are neatly packaged, have no signs of wear, foreign odors, and the branded and protective tags are preserved.
To make a refund, send us an email li.femme.ru@gmail.com with an indication of the date of purchase of the product, as well as an explanation of the reason for the return / exchange.
If you need to replace the product, specify the color and size that you would like to exchange for.
– We will refund the full value of the product (or the difference in value in case of an exchange).
